Manufacturing Technician Interview Experience

Process

I submitted my resume online and did not hear back for over a month.

I received a call several weeks later, and an interview was set up.

The interview never happened.

A few days later, I heard back from a different person, and another interview was set up and conducted.

They were supposed to respond within a week, but no response was received.

Questions

The first half of the interview consisted of technical questions pertaining to circuits and basic electrical pathways. The second half focused on questions relating to behavioral responses.

The questions were not terribly hard, but they were very specific and detailed.
