Pros: Great history and a respected company. The salary is good, and the medical insurance is great. The location was in Oregon, which is very pretty.

Hillsboro is beautiful.
Managers are respectful and supportive.
Cons: It's very long hours of work, especially if you are a module engineer. Expect to be on call, and when needed, you might be working like 12 hours a day.
They judge you based on your speed at completing your WBTs, so take them seriously.
