I had two telephonic interviews and one full-day onsite interview.

During the onsite, I faced seven interviews: five were with the technical team, and two were with managers.

HR emailed me after three weeks to inform me that I was not selected for this position.

The interview was mostly focused on coding.

If there is negative feedback, I expect HR to inform candidates right away, as it saves them from the misery of waiting.
