Process

I contacted a manager through LinkedIn and sent my resume to them.

They scheduled a phone screen with me. It was a 35-minute phone conversation where I was mostly asked about my programming skills in Verilog, Perl, C/C++, and Java, along with some OS questions.

I was asked to rate myself on these programming languages.
