Pros: Most of us are really proud of what we do and are pushed to our limits within a reasonable work/life balance (depends on whether people actually want to draw that line).
A healthy work environment, without the toxic practices present in a lot of companies operating in Mexico.
Learning is never-ending, and being a mammoth company, you can take your career wherever you want.
Cons: Salary is not competitive.
I'll rephrase that: People with similar years of experience in other companies in the local market make the same money, but their work is not as complex or demanding. Conversely, people in other companies doing work as complex or demanding make more money (independent of their years of experience).
