The interview was carried out by the manager and two other senior engineers.
It was about a 70/30 mix of technical and behavioral questions, related to an issue they were currently having.

Give an example of a time you knew of a problem, but had to convince another person of the issue.
This person is also responsible for the layer or equipment causing the issue. How did you proceed?
