Process

I applied online (no referrals) in December 2019 and received an email from the Hiring Manager for a phone screening one month later. The interview was mostly resume-based, however, they were very adept at digging into details about my work experience and projects completed.

I received an email for an on-site interview four weeks later (I almost lost all hope by then). The interview was scheduled for the last week of February.

I had five interviewers across three rounds of interviews, each lasting 40 minutes. The people were amazing, equally friendly and smart. They would ask specific questions from my experience that aligned with the job role, and as long as you could provide a suitable answer, you should be fine.

They handed me their laptop and provided me with a dataset, asking me to analyze it using Python on a Jupyter notebook. They were mainly eager to understand my thought process rather than the actual result.

Everything went smoothly. They might grill you on behavioral and situational questions, but they were not too difficult to tackle.

They are mainly interested in knowing whether a candidate is easy to work with, takes full responsibility for their job, and is eager to adapt and learn in Intel's dynamic environment.

Overall, the experience was fantastic. I received an offer one week later!
