The preliminary phone interview was quite simple, with not many probing questions. My overall impression of the team from the onsite interview was very positive.
The requirements for this team were quite strict. My impression was that the main emphasis was on software skills, which was not my main area of expertise. This could have been easily clarified at the phone interview, which could have saved both sides trouble and time.
