Pros: Turns out they are one of the best places for salary and benefits. A stable place, Intel is still in a very good financial position.
Cons: One feels lost between so many thousands of employees. Intel is also a very conservative place when it comes to trying new things. I can understand that, as there is a lot at stake. Not much opportunity for creativity.
