The hiring process was good, but they asked questions not related to your resume and profile.
I applied for a Java developer position, but they asked about cloud security, blockchain, and how Jenkins and Git work internally. Only one question was related to Java: creating a thread pool.

Pros: Excellent work culture, best-in-industry compensation (India), good growth opportunities for someone who wants to have a career as a technical individual contributor.
Cons: High intensity job. Employees in core technology groups will have work pressure at all times. Late-night meetings for India employees impact work-life balance. Limited technical opportunities in India for senior individual contributors with 10+ years of experience. Bit of a big company problem – bureaucracy, etc. Frequent project cancellations/changes are discouraging.
