Rigorous but very relevant. No gotcha questions. No unnecessary algorithms and data structure questions that test your memorization skills. A healthy focus on career goals and approach to problem-solving. Loved it, actually. Not something I would say about interviews, given how much of a nervous wreck I generally am.

1. Describe in as much detail as possible the execution of a couple of simple instructions from a microarchitecture point of view.

2. Philosophy about valuing work. Why do you value work? Is your interest the only criterion?
