Base Salary - Ok

ESPP - OK
Cons: Bonuses - Mediocre (APB and QPB decreasing each year, QPB eliminated since 2024)
Technical Pipeline - Bad (broken and no intention to fix it)
Bureaucracy - Bad (This is eating the company from the inside out)
Nepotism - Bad (Internal mafia keeping the bad apples around and cutting good technical people that get the job done).
