Pros: Good work culture.
No swipe-in/out.
Salary is ok.
Gives stock options.
Has nice facilities like a gym, etc.
Cons: Not much in the core ML/AI domain; the focus is largely on the hardware aspects of it.
We can't afford to innovate as freely because it runs into competition with our own customers like Microsoft, Google, etc.
Some managers can be cowardly and too fixated on using tools rather than focusing on solutions to problems.
