Relaxed, informal, simple interview for an internship, focusing less on technical questions but more on assessment of team spirit, leadership quality, attitude, and value system.

I suppose the CV [covered/spoke about] the level of education, exposure, and performance, and demonstrated capability. So, the technical questions were sparse.

Surprisingly, no coding or aptitude written test was taken, as was the trend in the last few years, unlike in other good companies like Microsoft, Amazon, [Paypal?], Google, etc. It must be company policy.
