Pros: A really strong internship program and support. I got to work on a small team developing new technology. The team was very receptive and allowed me to sit in on meetings with partners. I was able to have a lot of initiative and ownership of my work.
Cons: Towards the end of my internship, the part of the project I was working on was deprioritized as another feature was closer to shipping, so I lost some support and direction.

Cons: The team is overworked, and unpaid overtime is expected daily.
There is a terrible team culture.
There is no respect for co-ops.
Co-ops gain no technical experience.
