It was a single on-site interview, which I had scheduled with the manager by phone the week before.

During the interview, three people asked questions. Most were quite easy and required only basic C++ and coding skills, covering topics such as:

• Types of casts
• Heap vs. stack
• Constructors
• Virtual functions

The atmosphere was friendly. Be prepared to express your salary expectations; I would recommend aiming high, as salary is often up to the manager.

Not really difficult, but the question "What are the disadvantages of using templates in C++?" was a bit surprising.
