Process

I made contact at a University fair, asking if they were looking for recent graduates. They were.

They asked me to apply online to all the vacant positions I found interesting and also to send my resume to their contact via email.

After two weeks with no response, I resent the email, and they called me that same day.

I interviewed with three people, about 30 minutes each. They asked several theoretical questions about computer architecture and OOP.

A week or two later, they invited me for an on-site interview that lasted about 3 hours.

They sent a list of topics to prepare for the interview. The questions covered the same topics, followed by a short behavioral interview about teamwork experience.
