I had phone interviews within two weeks and was invited for an onsite interview a month after my phone interviews.
The phone interviews were mainly a discussion of my resume, technical questions on the skills listed on my resume, and a simple array programming exercise.
I was asked to coordinate with their travel agency to book tickets and a hotel. The hotel shuttle took me to the main RA1 campus. I checked in, received my guest badge, and was escorted to the interview room by a representative.
I had four rounds of interviews, with two to three people present each time. I met nine different people in total and also had a lunch discussion.
I was asked behavioral questions most of the time and some technical questions, such as writing a piece of code on paper. Mostly objective questions were asked based on the concepts I listed on my resume.
I received a reply the immediate evening, stating I had good feedback and would be informed the following week about the next step in the process. The next week, I was told an offer had been initiated and was asked to provide my visa and employment history details. By the end of that week, I was informed I had received an offer and would be contacted soon.
I was asked some simple puzzle questions, like a river crossing one and also how to measure 4 quarts using 3- and 5-quart mugs. Some mathematical type puzzle questions, simple ones. I stumbled upon a very simple array sort and merge. As I was concentrating on tough questions, I couldn't solve a very simple question.
