Go into the office and talk to the hiring manager and one of the engineers at the beginning. After that, they took me out for lunch. I rested for one hour and then had interviews for three more people.

Pros: The people I met on the team were friendly.
Cons: I was super ready and prepared to bring my best to the table. However, there was no project really assigned to me. The team was unprepared to bring interns on. Most of us didn't really get to do anything, which was unfortunate.
