I got a phone interview set up after applying through the University career site. The questions were basically from my resume.
I was also asked basic C/C++ questions. Most of the time, it was focused on my courses and projects. As the interviewer was from the same university and had taken similar courses, she knew what to ask.
The second interview was basically to test whether I knew how the validation process works. I didn't know, but I still got selected.
