The interview was scheduled for 3 hours. I met with 6 different people, 30 minutes each.
These interviewers ranged from management to technical roles, so the technical difficulty increased with each new interviewer. Overall, this approach was less stressful than a panel interview, but it was the first time I had experienced this type.
