Process

They called me to set up the interview. There was one face-to-face interview with three people in the room. They were very nice and polite. Then I got an email stating that I didn't pass the interview.

Questions

They asked a lot about the project I did during my studies.

On the project, they asked:

  • What the project was about
  • How we worked
  • What the division of labor was
  • What my part in the project was

Questions included:

  • How to reverse a string in Java
  • Given an array sorted in ascending order, and you are looking for a sum of two numbers, where you are sure these two numbers are in the array, what is the best way to check?
  • Polymorphism
  • A simple SQL query
