They called me to set up the interview. There was one face-to-face interview with three people in the room. They were very nice and polite. Then I got an email stating that I didn't pass the interview.
Questions
They asked a lot about the project I did during my studies.
On the project, they asked:
- What the project was about
- How we worked
- What the division of labor was
- What my part in the project was
Questions included:
- How to reverse a string in Java
- Given an array sorted in ascending order, and you are looking for a sum of two numbers, where you are sure these two numbers are in the array, what is the best way to check?
- Polymorphism
- A simple SQL query

Pros: There’s a lot of value in the family-time balance here, with almost no interruptions after work hours.
The work is engaging, especially for those who enjoy firmware-level products.
Cons: Not stable at all. I worked here for two years and experienced three waves of layoffs.
Heavy reliance on in-house tools, which means the skills gained have limited value outside the company.
