Process
Student position for developing in C++.
Before the interview, they told me that it was very important to know OS, threads, C, and things like that well.
Two guys interviewed me. They were very nice and tried to give me clues when I got stuck on something. Unfortunately, I didn't pass.
Questions
Pointer: we allocate memory for him, in different memory regions (stack & heap).
Implement Singleton in C++, then some questions about threads with it.

Pros: There’s a lot of value in the family-time balance here, with almost no interruptions after work hours.
The work is engaging, especially for those who enjoy firmware-level products.
Cons: Not stable at all. I worked here for two years and experienced three waves of layoffs.
Heavy reliance on in-house tools, which means the skills gained have limited value outside the company.

Pros: Developed CAD (Computer Aided Design) and VLSI (Very-large-scale integration) tools.
I really liked working at Intel. The environment was very nice, and I had an interesting program to develop with my freedom to implement.
The people there are very friendly; the food is also nice. :)
Cons: In general, Intel is a very large company, so it very much depends on which department you are in. For example, I was in the CPU development pipeline in the pre-silicon process.
So, I had a very nice work environment, but my friends in other areas, maybe like mobile or Intel cameras, didn't enjoy it as much because it was very competitive and intense.
