Process

About two weeks after referring a resume via an inside employee, an invitation to the campus followed.

Two future team members conducted a two-part interview that took about two hours:

1st part: Predictable questions such as, "Tell us about yourself," "weak points," and "strong points." 2nd part: Technical questions. The pace was normal, and the interviewers gave light hints when I was stuck.
