Pros: Intel has a very versatile work environment and projects. You can work with different teams and lots of talented engineers. Work-life balance is the best among other semiconductor giants.
Cons: In the last two years, there have been many layoffs. The company is going through a rough patch, and compensation compared to peer companies is less.
