Pros: Good work-life balance. Perks like healthcare and generous gifts in terms of a yearly "wellbeing" budget. This might no longer be the case, though. Comfortable music room on campus. Lots of high-quality people.
Cons: Large company with all the downsides of it. Lots of bureaucracy, IT is on the phone with a remote site (India). Projects move slowly, lots of inertia. Technology is a bit outdated, especially in terms of SW.
