Cons: Work in Guadalajara is very limited to verification and validation. The workload is constantly increasing while the headcount is decreasing. It is difficult to obtain the documentation required to do the work, and there is a lack of organization throughout the company globally, with many unproductive meetings. Most managers in Guadalajara have a "maquiladora" mentality, and few truly have adequate technical knowledge. Some compensation, like stock options, has been drastically reduced over time, and pay is not as competitive in the area. Growth is very slow and the work is repetitive.
