Process

I was met by a recruiter on campus and had a 30-minute interview on the spot. The recruiter was super friendly and personable. They followed up a few days later to set up an on-site interview. The total process took 6 hours.

There were not a lot of behavioral questions; 95% were technical. Twenty percent of the questions were about my previous work, and the rest tested my circuit design skills. It was a pretty fun experience.
