I am really enjoying my summer internship so far at Intel (9 weeks in, 3 to go)! Happy to say that the work I am doing is the exact same as they would give a new hire. You also learn a lot from your work, team members, and fellow interns.
There are also a bunch of opportunities to learn about different positions and business groups at Intel outside of your team. Great experience overall.
I wish they had bigger events hosted for interns and gave recommendations for temporary housing in the area.
Basic semiconductor physics and questions on what the candidate has done in their school work. There were a total of 8 consecutive interviews. Questions were also asked about my presentation. All interviewers were very kind and helpful.
The virtual buggy video call was a disappointing experience. I couldn't hear them, and they couldn't hear me. The call lasted about 20 minutes, filled with "What?" I did not get to show them my talents, and they didn't offer to reschedule or do anyth
At first, they conducted an over-the-phone interview. Then, they called me in to do a technical test on a laptop at their job site. It mostly consisted of using a terminal to perform normal daily operations.
