Good benefits, but they are turning out to be bad!
Believe me, I was employed for the last 5 years and have seen things changing from heaven to hell here at Intel. Politics is like BJP and Congress. If one takes an action, the other will definitely oppose. There is no team spirit. Team members are busy playing politics at all levels, including with other team members of the same project. They work for their success, not for project or team success. People will say, "Call it out in case you need help." And when you call it out, you will be first questioned on your skills, asking why you cannot do it. This will reflect in your annual appraisal too. Talk to managers about your concerns, and they will make you feel that it's your own mistake that led to the concerns, and you should have handled or done things differently. Believe me, I had joined as a college graduate, but now I am out with very limited skills in demand in the outside world. Your legs and hands get broken slowly without you even realizing. That's the power of Intel. "Intel Inside, Amazing Things Outside."
Keep playing politics
