Pros
  1. Work-life balance (less work, definitely).
  2. Collaborating colleagues.
  3. Gives ample importance to training technical and soft skills.
  4. Open communication (I personally love the concept of no cabins; everybody has the same cubes, be it a director or an intern).
Cons
  1. Business travels.
  2. Pay and benefits (IT). I heard they downgraded the pay scale for IT some 3 years back - speculation/rumor.
  3. Lot of technologies, but distributed among groups within IT. No vision of "one IT," says but not implemented.
Advice to Management

Act well and honestly, focus on practical career growth for employees. Please include normalization of pay bands periodically and set competitive pay bands. Talk less.
