Not stable. Last year, there were at least three waves of layoffs.
The interview was easy, focusing mainly on work experience, previous internship experience, and a few logic and hardware questions. I had 5 rounds with different team members and a manager, plus 1 HR round.
Basically, it was an easy interview. All they asked were technical questions without the need to know anything about you. Although the company is huge and the view was great, I got the impression that it's an office company.
Phone interview which checked the overall matching to the role. Two on-site interviews asked technical and behavioral questions, mainly on previous projects and conflicts I had in the past.
