Pros

Culture.

No such thing as a level gap, as everyone’s opinion is taken into consideration.

Positivity and knowledge sharing by US teams.

Cons

Racism. Although they said that diversity matters, trust me, I've been there for a few years and diversity is nothing.

Malays and Indians will be less prioritized and treated differently. The income gap is also obvious.

Advice to Management

Please improve on your so-called “diversity.”
