Interviews are easy. Mostly they look for RCGs or candidates from service-based companies, as these companies cannot afford to match the CTC of individuals from AMD and Nvidia. The interviews cover different domains with easy to moderate questions.

The process is fast and quick, involving a phone screen followed by a day of technical interviews on site. Usually, interviews are performed by two teams to find the right fit for the candidate.
