Pros

Flexible working hours, good hybrid and remote options, competitive salary, and excellent co-workers — smart and supportive.

Exposure to many technologies and strong benefits overall.

Cons

Company execution has been inconsistent lately, leading to missing bonuses.

The OKR system is frustrating — difficult to define meaningfully and heavily pushed from management.

It often turns into a paperwork exercise rather than something that supports real engineering productivity.

Advice to Management

Please drop or replace the OKR system with something more practical and useful. It creates stress and confusion instead of clarity. Trust engineers to set priorities and focus on delivering meaningful results, not just metrics.
