Pros

Everyone I've had contact with is happy to help with anything I have had trouble with.

There is an abundance of materials for learning about Intel's technologies, and the open atmosphere means that people are happy to discuss the interesting projects they're working on with you.

If you love working on cutting-edge tech with passionate people, Intel is a great place to be.

Cons

Because there is so much work on the cutting-edge, Intel often develops its own proprietary tools for doing things. It is sometimes hard to keep track of all the different tools, what they do, and how they are used. However, my team has been very patient in helping me learn to use the tools, and it seems as though this level of patience and desire to help is common on teams throughout the company.

Advice to Management

Having documentation and video tutorials for basic usage of internal tools can go a long way towards making the transition to using these new tools smoother.
