Good Salary, Vesting Issues
Salary + benefits are pretty good compared to other tech companies in Guadalajara. However, if you compare against the US market, the salary is very low.
Stocks are good, but you have to wait 4 years to be able to sell them.
Once the stocks are vested, you'll pay a lot of tool fees and taxes. There is really nothing at the end of the 4 years.
Management in Mexico is not good.
