Cons

However good an organization, it's your immediate management that matters. After 2 years, I will know I will never again work for Indian American bosses in India. Indians returning to plum posts in India, after winning the coveted green cards, bring with them the worst of both Indian and American work cultures.

They enforce forced rankings within their teams to pit employees against each other, even when they know it comes at an expense to team performance.

They treat white men as gods and never question the orders of their American masters. This is the only qualification due to which they are hired for these important management positions; otherwise, local managers are much more result-oriented while at the same time understanding and treating people better.

They treat Indians as slaves and completely disregard the opinions of Indian subordinates while encouraging sycophancy.

They have no respect for others' time and space.

They believe women are not as capable as men and only hire them to "boost morale" within the team.

They lack integrity and easily lie to shift blame from themselves or take undeserved credit.
