PTD management is filled with sociopaths who are not qualified to do their job. Bob Swan is legit though, and I have faith he can do great things.
Purge managers who have been in their positions for 10+ years and make them re-apply for their jobs based on qualifications, not nepotism. They have purged a few of the bad apples in the last year but not enough. Young engineers with PhDs can do much better than the managers with undergrad degrees.
