Competitive company with a fast pace
Surrounded by extremely talented and motivated people. It has competitive pay, interesting work, and lots of technical depth. There are plenty of projects to move around to. The company has a fair redeployment program if a job function gets obsoleted.
It is still an inside-out company. Too many organizations touch a product. It is encumbered by legacy products and legacy thinkers. Though it has ambitions to be more system-oriented, the company still focuses on and values silicon & CPU innovations the most.
Management is making good moves in keeping the company competitive. Continue to value the employees and learn how to move faster.
