Desert location means nice winters.
Once a great innovative company has torpedoed its workplace. Employees spend their days scrounging for workspaces. No one has their own desk, and there is a university library-style atmosphere: silent and stagnant.
Management has turned against employees on every front of their work environment and does not listen to staff. I would not work here if you have a choice.
Treat employees like humans, not capital resources.
Submitted online application and completed a phone screening that lasted about 50 minutes. It took 6 weeks to initiate the interview process and another 3 weeks to hear back. Many technical and personality questions were asked.
Applied online. Went onsite. Onsite with a manager and a team member. Technical interview and writing test. Whiteboard + paper combination. Average stuff (some can say hard, some can say easy). See more
1st run: phone interview 2nd run: presentation -> 7 one-on-one interviews with several managers and senior engineers Questions depend on people, including: * PhD research * Anything related to your CV * Everything related to your research and skills
