However, my experience was that they really liked to overlook my plan for future career while trying very hard to brainwash me on how perfect their offers are. Be very careful before you enter, as once you're in, you'll find yourself extremely difficult to get out.
Please allow newbies to use their best potential in the fields that they are most interested in or most capable of. Brainwashing them into learning tons of unfamiliar stuff in your team's favor will only result in burnout, and that's unhealthy.
