Great benefits: health (minor and major), bonuses, stocks, etc. Great projects to work on. Technically very challenging, and a great environment.
Work-life balance sometimes gets compromised, especially in areas where more local leadership is required and management is unable to push back on requests that are not necessarily the best.
More focus on people management is desired, as well as better project management (specifically in resource management). Better leadership development, too.
