The worst company that you can work for
Base salary is good, not great (just market average). People are really smart, and people with many years in the company have a good culture. Medical insurance.
No work-life balance. No career growth, especially in Costa Rica. No benefits, no bonus, no recognition programs, and no team buildings. The culture of the leaders is very bad. There are a lot of accidents, people are not following the rules, and not behaving as they should. None of the Costa Rica leadership team cares. There is no people caring; it's truly management by fear. The culture of competition is so toxic, and it's driving the wrong behaviors and business decisions.
