Love the industry, the field of work, and the benefits.
Focused on promoting diversity even though they don't know how to do their jobs. Management is poor. Upper management don't care. There are no career development opportunities within the system even though they talk about it. One would want to focus on specific roles/skill sets, but during the yearly focal, you have to sign off on something completely different. It's all to make management look good on paper. Zero work-life balance due to business needs.
Put the right people that know how to do their job in place. Listen to the team of employees that actually get the work done.
Initially planned for 8 interviewers, then was scaled back to 4. After working out a coverage plan for the time I’d be away, a few of the interviews were held in a conference room while the others were in the cafeteria (lots of noise and distractions
Managers and Head Technicians interviewed me in a one-on-one setting. We sat in the café area, so it was not very formal. Nobody at Intel dresses up very much, but I don't recommend coming casual as an interviewee. You should dress up for a job int
One-on-one interviews. Engineers and managers would sit down and ask you questions. Questions ranged from solving a math problem to questions on game theory. The process lasted 3 days.
