Inconsistent and depending on each of the groups. For technical people, each team prepares its own interview process. Behavioral interviews are more consistent; however, who performs the interview might be different.
Software Engineer
Phone interview followed by an onsite interview. The phone interview consisted of programming questions and a background review. The onsite interview focused more on hardware and operating systems concepts, with in-depth knowledge being tested.
Applications Engineer
Smooth interview, 1 hour phone call no coding questions. Had another 1 hour phone call that went over behavioral questions. Interviewed with memory group, so most technical questions were on SSDS.
