Pros

The best reason is the mentor I was able to have. This makes me happy to come to work every day and is inspiring. The people working alongside you are the best in the industry at what they do, and there is lots to be learned. I also really enjoyed the work-life balance and competitive pay.

Cons

There was a steep learning curve at the beginning that can be more adequately trained for.

Advice to Management

Please make training interns and new hires efficiently a top priority, and standardize a way of sharing information for new hires.
