Management keeps cutting employees. First, it was employees who have never had a less than stellar year. Then, it was many teams and projects who work well together. Over the last three months, there have been over three rounds of layoffs, and many employees are worried that their job will be next.
Stop laying off large swaths of people. Instead of shutting down whole teams that work well together, move them onto new projects where they can excel for Intel.
