Pros

Nice DT office. Great culture, with lots of team bonding events. Great benefits. Everyone is friendly, smart, and professional.

Cons
  • Internal codebase and context take a long time to ramp up.
  • Often feel lost and dumb.
  • Talked to others; people generally feel they don't know what they are doing.
  • Requires emotional capacity and stability.
Advice to Management

Provide better training materials. It is really hard for new employees to ask for help here. This isn't because people are unwilling to answer questions, but because the questions are difficult to formulate, and even when answers are provided, they are hard to comprehend.
