One of the best work experiences I had
The virtual work environment and ecosystem is mature and developed.
Benefits and pay are good, with a focus on employee well-being.
There is respect for individual differences and openness to new ideas, fostering diversity.
Good career prospects exist.
Challenging and engaging learning curve.
I joined during the Movement Control Order period, and started my first day working from home. It has been a challenging period for me to learn and work within the environment and ecosystem. Asking for help from a buddy via Skype/Teams can be challenging compared to face-to-face meetings.
I did most of my learning online, like reading, but the information given online can be overwhelming/excessive. It would be good if the team improved on adapting the training program to better accommodate new hires working from home (virtually).
